Add option to print hotkeys' descriptions to stdout

The option -p now makes sxhkd read its configuration files, print the hotkeys that were read to stdout, and exit with status 0.

This is meant to be used in conjunction with something like fzf(1) or dmenu(1), so that a user may search for a binding in case they forget it.
