Would this repo benefit from having a stale bot?
A stale bot is a bot that automatically marks issues as 'stale' and closes them when no activity has occured after X amount of days.
In my opinion, this repo definitely needs this bot. There are now 280+ issues, many of them outdated and without any activity. A stale bot would automatically close non-active issues, giving more attention to older issues that are still active.
What do you think?
What? Issues should be closed only when they're solved or not applicable anymore; or invalid from the beginning, of course.

The problem is that many people stop responding to questions after opening an issue. I think this stale bot would help motivate people to respond to questions. If the issue is closed but the problem still exists, the OP can obviously choose to reopen the issue.
