@wsnipex absence of this patch introduces test failures for `Testlog.Log` and `TestRegexpLog.DumpOvector` on all 32-bit arm architectures in Debian, ie armel and armhf.

@tcrass Thanks for bringing this bug here! @ukbeast My goal is to find what should be fixed in ffmpeg and/or kodi to solve these several bugs reported to Debian.

@a1rwulf Thanks for the hint! From a first glance I don't see anything related to AC3 added in Kodi FFmpeg. But I will compare buildswitches and patches on Debian side...

@enen92 wrong. I merged the patch for ff5 in master trunk of kodi package but some stuff I am working on to fix still not in there…

@phunkyfish can you please run unpatched 19.1 on OSX with Turkish system and Kodi language and check whether the bug manifests?
