Yes, that's what I would expect, and that is how Newtonsoft.Json (used by AF for serializing an [IActionResult](https://github.com/basilfx/azure-functions-openapi-function-timespan/blob/master/MyHttpTrigger.cs#L22)) serializes a TimeSpan by default.
