WOL over internet not working

I think I have followed the instructions to wake up a pc in a different LAN:

run wol agent on a windows 11 server in the destination LAN (checked with Task manager, agent running)
open udp port 9 in destination router and forwarded to server
in wol client, inserted MAC address of of pc to wake up, inserted in FQDN/IP the address of router, udp port 9, ttl 128 (no change), broadcast 255.255.255.255

Unfortunately, the pc does not wake up, I must be missing something, but I don't know what. Any suggestion? Thank you.

Note that the pc can be woken using, for example, teamviewer,

At the remote machine, run WOL and start the Listener. Send a WOL packet to it. Is it displayed in the Listener window?
