[Feature Request] Ability to set default timer for emergency shutdown button

This one slipped under the radar it seems. The emergency shutdown button (at least no matter what i try) always resets to the default of 30 seconds and force close everything. meaning each time I use it, I need to adjust accordingly.

can we have the option to set defaults for this, or at least have it retain last used?

EDIT: looking closer, it appears the setting is there, its just not updating in the actual interface that presents when you press emergency shutdown.
