Err "Acces is denied" on Sleep
Error: Access is denied (Exception from HRESULT: 0X80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
When issuing Shutdown or Sleep cmd to host on my subnet. Where can I begin to troubleshoot?
This indicates that the account you are logged in with does not have authority to shutdown the remote computer. The shutdown procedure is most reliable in domain environments, but it can work with workgroups too, but is less reliable. Usually, WMI method is the best for domains, and Legacy sometimes works with workgroups. This is set on the "shutdown" tab.
