Pinger is extremely slow to scan.

I'm having issues with the "Pinger" feature.

All other functions seem to be working farely well,

I have about 100 devices i'm trying to manage, when I press the pinger it never finishes populating the list. I can see via netstat that connections are being established with the computers in its list, but it populates status for only a few machines 5-10 and then just stalls.

Populating the status for those 5-10 machines is very slow, 20-30 seconds a machine, maybe longer.

I've tried changing the number of threads all the way from 1 to 30 and doesn't matter.

I've re-installed, did not help.

Any advice would be greatly welcomed. (Windows 10.0.18329 Build 18329)

i wonder if there is some unusual delay, like a subnet not responding? One thing we could try is to go to Tools and enable Trace Log. Let the program ping for a bit.

Then close the program. It will write a file called My Documents\wakeonlan.tracelog. You could upload that file to me to take a look at it here. I'm not sure if I can help but I'll give it a shot.
