WOL Not working with 'Intel VisualBios'

We have several PC's that have Intel cards and boards in them. I have turned on the WOL on the NIC, and I believe in the bios, but it still does not work. The bottom right option on the pic if option selected just gives me startup dates. I played with it and still no change. Any help would be great.

I talk a little about S0 - S5 here. You need to enable Wake on S5 in the BIOS. You also need to enable Wake on Magic Packet in the NIC settings. Make sure your NIC drivers are updated. Often the OEM drivers do not support WOL, but the NIC manufacturer drivers do.
