I was able to manually edit app-State.json and app-Tags.json to delete outdated tags. It's a hassle but it's a workaround at least.

It might be useful context for this to know how Librera currently handles Bookmarks. I wonder if the files could be made cross-compatible somehow. Librera stores Bookmarks and Quick Bookmarks...

"app-Progress.json" seems to use the same file structure as "app-Bookmarks.json". Here's an example of the same book file and position as the quick bookmark I posted before. An individual settings toggle for color inversion in night mode would be nice. I've been using the day/night quick toggle but as mentioned that doesn't work very well for textbooks.
