Add Section for new IPsec Connection based on swanctl.conf (New > 23.1)

Hi Thorsten,

im new to github and created my first pull request. plz delete my first try #36.

My changes covers ipsec connection added by new swanctl.conf (VPN -> IPsec -> Connection[new] in GUI.

I'm not sure i really understand lambda functions in python. :) plz check.
