Provide collision options when exporting packages

Currently, WUT will overwrite the same file if the .zip already exists. This is an issue for apps/frameworks with the same display name. I'd like options, perhaps one that will auto-rename, or better yet, add something like the minor/patch version and architecture (as for frameworks, there are many that are duplicated for x86 and x64) to the name.
