Long delay between scheduled_at and finished_at

Hey team,

We've recently encountered a really weird bug where our jobs were enqueued, but only executed much later. I am unaware of how the internals work exactly so I am unsure how this could have happened and what we need to do.

Without logs or any other information (e.g. was the job waiting in the queue to be picked? Was it picked up right away but did it take that long to run?), this is quite hard/impossible to troubleshoot 😕
