What's wrong?

After the latest update trackpad not working.

I've had my trackpad stop working on MBP 2013. I can get it functional again by exiting (ctrl+alt+f3) and re-entering (ctrl+alt+f1) graphical mode (source).

control+option+F3(touchbar) -> this does nothing. I think I am doing something wrong.
