Omarchy Steam Game very low FPS

What's wrong?
tech spec goes first 🤓:

My nv-driver was automatically co-installed when I setting up the omarchy, and I check the https://www.nvidia.cn/drivers/lookup/ that the 580.95.05 is a supported version for RTX2080Ti.
I assumes that gaming goes nothing with CUDA version? (through I check anyway :), so I run the nvBanditTesthttps://github.com/NVIDIA/nvbandwidth and here's the result:
主机-设备传输 (PCIe带宽):
- CPU→GPU: ~6-13 GB/s (单卡) / ~18 GB/s (总和)
- GPU→CPU: ~6-13 GB/s (单卡) / ~19 GB/s (总和)
这些数值对于PCIe 3.0 x16来说是正常范围（理论最大值约16GB/s）。
设备间传输 (NVLink带宽):
- GPU↔GPU: ~47 GB/s (单方向) / ~94 GB/s (总和)
- 双向总带宽: ~188 GB/s
这些数值表明您的两张RTX 2080 Ti之间NVLink连接正常工作，达到了预期的性能水平。
设备本地拷贝:
- 单卡内部: ~250-260 GB/s
这是显卡内部内存带宽的测试结果，对于RTX 2080 Ti来说是合理的数值。
... I pretty sure there's no Hardware Mistakes nor PCIE Bandit Mistakes? 🙂↔ And during the nvBanditTest, both GPU can go up to 100% usage (which is normal). However, when it comes to Steam games, the GPU 1 (which is my prime GPU runs on PCIE 3.0 x 16, GPU 0 runs on x8) can only utilize around 30%, and the game is stuttering like with only 12FPS
I guess it's due to something with hyprland tiling windows management .,etc? And I have no ideas on how to fix it yet 😥 I tried to setup windowrules to immedate the steam windows from tiling, but I end up broken my wifi module... : (
Other than omarchy is smooth in all ways of sense
I would suggest you download nvtop, and check whether steam is running on either of your discrete gpus. If not, then you can try nvidia-prime, or envycontrol to switch gpu profiles. While your effort is appreciable, next time do consider visiting the help section in Omarchy discord.

The game is running on my discrete GPU (but not utilized).
I have two more laptops runing omarchy, one 8745H with Radeon 780M, another 13980HX with 4080 Laptop. They run games just really "out-of-box", I change nothing on settings 😥
