Binary setup

Hello,

is it possible to run the same base node setup NODE_TYPE=vanilla - OP Reth implementation (default) using op-reth binary (e.g. latest release https://github.com/paradigmxyz/reth/releases/tag/v1.8.3) and op-node binary (https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/optimism/releases/tag/op-node%2Fv1.14.3)?

And what is the difference between NODE_TYPE=base - Base L2 Reth implementation with Flashblocks support and running the above op-reth binary with the flag --flashblocks-url wss://mainnet.flashblocks.base.org/ws?
