RETH_FB_WEBSOCKET_URL rate limit
The base node docs said that: "Ensure the RETH_FB_WEBSOCKET_URL is set. Base offers the following public rate limited RPC’s: For Mainnet: RETH_FB_WEBSOCKET_URL=wss://mainnet.flashblocks.base.org/ws" So did that mean I got rate limited as I using eth_call('pending')?How can I run out of limit? I tried use the Quicknode Websocket as RETH_FB_WEBSOCKET_URL but the flashblocks seems doesn't function.
