Is there support for top-down/bottom-up blinds? My "default" position is that the bottom third of the window is covered (we're on a busy street). If it's not in, I'll look into adding it if I can, but wanted to see if there was interest.

Describe the solution you'd like

Support for both top bar & bottom bar locations in Default Position & Max Position. Awareness of which bar to move to cover more of the window.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've currently got a manual implementation that only looks at cloud coverage & solar azimuth.

Additional context

This looks like a more comprehensive solution, just need to see if it works for my use-case
