Implement ATA READ & WRITE commands

These are needed for diskscan to get better information on ATA error codes, seems like the default for Linux is not to pass correctable errors information fully.

It's also useful when there are errors that the normal SCSI READ/WRITE commands processor in the STP layer fails to provide full info about.
