Add a scroll to the bottom of the message' with button actions

Add a 'scroll to the bottom of the page' (--extra functions?) with button actions. i.e. The user must read the message (or scroll to the bottom of the message - keep legal / compliance happy :) before the button actions become available to then execute actions.
