[Request] A Plague of Tale : Innocence text format support

Hi there... I wanted to translate this game into my language (Thailand) I found the subtitle files ( it was easily editable by notepad) I rewrite it in Thai but in the game is Blank.

What should I do right now? I think it has something to do with the file in the font folder (ENGLISH.DPC) and Extract its. (It's look likes LZ4)

is there any body here who can help me to extract this file and change the font too?
