Theme the Betty GUI

The Betty GUI now uses Qt's default theme, which neither fits in with the host operating system's GUI very well, nor is it distinctive or appealing from a project perspective. There are a couple of alternatives available, such as https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qt6-dev/qtquickcontrols2-material.html, which comes with a dark mode as well, allowing it to fit into atmosphere set by the host OS.
