Steam Package items counted along with contents on collection filters

Describe the bug

Item counts on filter headlines and contents do not count correctly

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add Steam item to Scratchpad, while owning it in library
2. Add Steam Package item containing the above item to Scratchpad, while also owning all its contents
3. Go to filter vs library https://barter.vg/u/my/c/f/
4. Expand 📚 n in library of user section. Note the count
5. Remove the package item from scratchpad from the item page opened in a new tab, switch back to filter page tab and refresh
6. Counter decreases by package item including its +contents. Removal of the package item on the pic counts as removal of nine items.

Expected behavior

Should package +contents be counted as individual parent items?

I would classify this as working as intended, but that there is a debate about how it should work. The alternative / correct count being 2, right?
