I moved all the android support library uses across to the androidx equivalent

While the official version is not migrated, using the following migrated fork: https://github.com/TalbotGooday/AndroidPdfViewer

@kzotin thanks, but we use 3.2.0-beta2 from official repo, in the fork as I see it 3.1.0-beta3
