No! Why! Don't use libGDX 1.13.5!

The libGDX version 1.13.5 has numerous issues on Android specifically, and should not be used for an Android-specific library! 1.13.5 was rushed out to try to get publishing working on the "new Maven Central" repo, but it allocates like mad in release builds on Android due to a ~~bug~~ intentional incompatibility introduced by the R8 developers. Don't use it! Use 1.13.1, or the version after 1.13.5 when it is released, please! The dependency on 1.13.5 makes version 0.3.1 of this library basically unusable for release builds.
