cmd/go: mod vendor: fixed checking for vendor directory

In our case I was using a "vendor-replace" directory which was incorrectly flagged as being in the vendor directory.

events.removeListener and events.once will not work

It looks like long-stack-traces wraps events.addListener in some sort of tracing function. This makes the listener undiscoverable but events.removeListener as its callback is a different function. This also make events.once...
