Frontend car submit - Allow user to enter new makes and models

Frontend car submit only allows to select, not enter new makes and models.

This works fine as long as the site admin is the only one entering new vehicles. But it makes it next to impossible to run a marketplace with multiple car dealers, as they aren't able to submit new vehicles that don't match the predefined makes and models.

There are two solutions: First, the site admin enters every make and model available manually to the site. Very unlikely and a pain in the ass. Or users can submit new makes and models straight from the frontend car submit form.

EDIT Would also love to see this option directly when you add a new vehicle in the admin area and filling in the car data without the need to leaving the post!
