Disable Wiki and Projects on GitHub

Currently the Wiki and Projects tab (features on GitHub) are available. This can cause some confusion to users (especially as the Projects tab is blank, and the Wiki is empty so it redirects back to the main page). These can be disabled by the repository owner in the Settings tab (CC @barrykn). Thanks!

I think this is a known issue - not found when logged out but appeared when logged in. You may want to drop a line to GitHub Support directly instead of this repository's owner.

It's a thing he has to turn off, not a problem with GitHub.
