bug: no working SD-cardreader

I'm using this patcher on my 9,2 MacBook pro from mid 2012. Now I have the issue that if i plug in an sdcard adapter with a microSD-Card the SD-Card don't show up in any program.

On My Windows PC the SD-Card shows up.

The microSD-Card is formatted with exFAT 128kB.

Hm, strange, because it works on my device. I have an old SD card formatted as FAT12 and it works properly for me.
