Sidebar width

Allow users to adjust the width of the sidebar by dragging margin between the sidebar and the map window. Currently the width is fixed resulting in some "lost" text behind the map window. image

Annoyingly, some of the most useful stuff (viz. distances) is hidden. You can reveal it by clicking in the sidebar and dragging right. As an alternative to dynamic resize, I think it would be OK in the interim if all the text was fitted into the sidebar width
