Unable to change language from Chinese to English QTScrcpy MacOS

I am unsure of how to change the language from Chinese to English on QTScrcpy @ MacOS! I have already had the default system region and language set on English and in the US. Any solutions? Thanks!

change this part in the info.plist of package contents
