Feature Request: Auto resizing feature & video cropping

In iOS, in particular, selected images can be very large in size and result in formats such as HEIC. It would be great if this feature was added to the picker :)

maxWidth, maxHeight config can be added for images.

We would also like to have a crop feature for videos :D
