Mark2 minecraft 1.7.1

When using mark2 to start the new 'minecraft_server.1.7.1.jar' the server starts and hangs after typing 'mark2 start'.

Using Ctrl + C exits and you can successfully attach and the server is still running. Not sure if its due to how the log has changed? Not sure...

Mark2 needs to undergo a pretty large update to cater for the new 1.7 protocol. Many features are currently broken.

I speculated that the ServerOutput event wasn't being fired, but the log format doesn't appear to have changed.
