Posts remaining “sticky” for some time

For example, this post on adactio.com hung around at the top of my column for quite a while — note the two different datetimes:

Especially judging from the timezone difference, I’m guessing this is some sort of timezone conditional issue. Interestingly, the post did “stick” after some time.
