The bug was introduced via [my context menu PR](https://github.com/bpmn-io/dmn-js/pull/565). Camunda Modeler 4.2 does not include it yet.

OK let's clarify this issue. The problem was that I had to manually create a tag commit to have the release picked up by CI.
I updated the issue description.
I rebased this on `develop`.
