Single user interface for changing fonts

We have assorted files where different font settings are kept; they are poorly 
documented and sometimes are difficult to edit for a regular user (e.g. may 
require administrator priveleges). We need a single place in the user interface 
where font faces and sizes used in different parts of GanttProject 
(menus/dialogs, table view, timeline, chart area) could be adjusted.
