Remember dialog position during one GP session

While working with Ganttproject I often 'snap' it to the left side of the 
screen while having e.g. 'Meeting minutes' snapped to the right side of the 
screen. (This is done by using the standard Windows 'snap' function by dragging 
a window to e.g. the left edge of the screen.)

If I open the properties of a task (Alt + Enter) the properties window centers 
on the application window and not on the screen. This results in me having to 
move the properties window every time I want to see details.

Can it be made so that property/details windows are centered on the screen?
