suggestion: Add Category to resource

Category for resource can be: (zone/location, type, human, things, equipment, ...) In this way in resource diagram is easy to see the tasks to finish, by location, by type, by equipment necessary, ...)

I am not sure that I understand the request. Do you want to group tasks in the resource chart not by resource, but by resource categories? Why? How the resource load (which is the primary purpose of the resource chart) is supposed to be calculated in this case and will it be useful? If the goal is to group tasks, why don't you group them in the task table, e.g. using custom columns and ordering?

resource type of resource is a way to better drive and instruct users to better manage tasks, a suggestion can be to split the general resouce tab to specific resources tabs: people/group, zone/location, specialization, ...

So what shall we show under the group nodes in this case? Shall we show tasks? Or individual resources which are in that group?
