Tasks and Timeline not lining through

As you can see in the below image, the tasks are not lining in with their respective elements on the time line (the first task is in line with the column headings).

This is corrected if I go to preferences and choose a different appearance, and then change it back, so clearly there is something going on when you do that that isn't happening when first opening the application.

I'm running GanttProject 2.8.11 Pilsen (build 2396) on MacOS.

I think that just resizing the window should work.
