Support part-time workers
i would appreciate possibility to assign diferent resources for just a part of the one process.
example:- someone is just going to have holiday and i need to employ different resource for same task...
In current version is possible to assign more resources for task, but the terms of assigments are strictly fixed to the task itself (source are fully empolyed for whole task). what i mean is possiblity to track assigments it self. (it would allowed quit/start assigments in half of the task...)

What would be really helpful is to have a "cap" on the amount of effort that someone can do. For instance, I'm working for one day on a project myself, a colleague works 4 days a week. 4 days of work would cost me 4 weeks, and I'd be 100% used. My colleague could either do it in 2 weeks with 100% resource usage, or also in 4 weeks but with 50% resource usage.
We have a lot of parttime work in our organization, I run into this issue time and time again. I really like the "feeling" of this tool much more than other Gantt tools, but this issue is annoying me. Change would be highly appreciated.
