First day of the week options
It would be nice to be able to change the start date of each week from Sunday to Monday.
Sunday is the week start date in US locale which in GanttProject is set with interface language "English". You can use "English (UK)" to switch to European locale with Monday as the first day.
OK great. I just tried that out and it works for me. Not intuitive and might be helpful to others if "week starts on..." were a separate choice under Edit > Settings > Application UI. Also as an FYI to others, when you select English [UK] as your language it changes the date behavior to DD/MM/YYYY. So I created a custom on that matches the way that we typically write dates here in the US.

You can restart the application and it will start showing Monday as first day of the week.
