Split work window for resource view

View mode, when work window split horizontally in two parts: on for gantt view, 
as now and second for resource view.
It will decrease gantt view for few line (for number of resources) but allow to 
immediately see resource load for feature and while planning work.

could also been shown on an undocked window on a second screen. you would not loose any workspace for then gantt view.
