Paint tasks on the resource chart with colors

To add more visibility to the ressource panel keep the color defined in the 
task panel.
The modificiation could be to have :
- the same color as in the task panel
- the loading rate opf the ressource in text format even for 100%
- to keep the red/green/blue load color symbol only for main line of the 
ressource.

That way, the task tree could be more clear for supervisors.
