Ack... GitHub messed up the last part. The "asterisk" key could be used to reset, and "plus" and "minus" to change values.

Could this dialog be changed so that this dialog box closes automatically in say 30 or 60 seconds? This would allow for the app to be started via the Task...

I know this issue has been open a while, but just wanted to comment that I am seeing this happening in Windows 10 as well. Running .NET Framework 4.8.04084.
