Adding new pages of content that aren't in the index - but still have next page and prev page

Is it possible to add new pages of content to an ebook that are not in the index or any toctree from the index? I would like to add experiments...

Add :noresult: as an option in the instructor interface when you create a timed exam

It would be nice to add a checkbox for this option in the instructor interface.

Display author when a question is displayed (if not null)

When an instructor is looking for quesitons be sure to display the author of the question if it isn't null or empty.
