problem in update-datbase

when i use update-database ,I encounter the following error: Update-Database Build started... Build succeeded. An error occurred while accessing the Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting services. Continuing without the application service provider. Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Unable to create an object of type 'ApplicationDbContext'.
