Allow Make.com node to access self-hosted typebot instance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the typebot node on Make.com only allow to insert an API key, bot not an instance URL. This means that this node only work with official typebot cloud, but it's not possible to use it with self-hosted instance.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have the option to setup my own self-hosted instance URL into the Make.com typebot's node.
