Wrong FPU type for Cortex-M7

Reference manual for Cortex-M7 says that FPv5 is used, but your configuration uses FPv4.

You want to replace the 29th line of CubeMX2Makefile.py from ... -mfpu=fpv4-sp-d16 ... to ... -mfpu=fpv5-sp-d16 ...
