answers function outputs empty result

I struggled with the questions crawler but was able to kind of get it working, but am stuck now on the answers function. I tested it out on a working link, it printed the total number of questions and numbers, finished executing without printing any errors to the screen, but when I opened the answers.txt, it is empty, would you kindly please look into it?
