New Photos watchface for watchOS 11

As Is

watchOS 11 (iOS 18) uses new format (or version) for Photos watchface. WatchFaceDumper does not support it.

To Be

WatchFaceDumper supports the new format.

Current Status

I'm aware of the issue but I have not yet investigated it. Any information are welcome. Pull Requests for that would be appreciated.
